Note: Beating any tier limit game mode doesn't imply beating the higher tier ones, you will only get the achievement for the active game mode selected.
You can enable multiple challenges, and that will increase the golden clock multiplier.
Keep in mind that will also increase the game difficulty. Quitting a challenge is only possible after you reset.

Training

Train your characters and learn new skills, it only takes some time.
Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click the +1 or +10 button to dump all SKP into that stat.
Click the star button to make that stat/skill as favorite. This setting is only applied to that Party character, and will override all Auto-Assign rules set below.
When Auto-Assigning, SKP will be spent giving priority to the highest stats.

Party editor

Click any of your characters in your Party, then another in your Reserve to swap their positions
Your first Party member is more likely to get hit during battles, make sure your weaker characters are placed last.

Reserve

A number in parentheses shown after a character level means it needs that levels in order to be ready to be fusioned.
The number will become Ready otherwise. You have a lot of characters in your Reserve. Some have been hidden.

Fusion

You can fuse two of your party members to create a more powerful one.
Before merging, tier F characters need to be at least level 10, stronger characters need higher levels. You will see the level requirement in both the fusion list and the training tab
Fusing humans with monsters is possible, but can lead to... Unexpected results.
To begin merging, click one of the possible outcomes on the right. Both materials used in the fusion will be lost forever.

Click one character in your collection to recruit it for double the upgrade price, in bronze hourglasses

Reset

You can reset your game, starting from scratch but getting clocks that can be spent to buy powerful upgrades.
If you recruited or fused all of the basic human classes in your previous run, you can start the game with a higher tier class.
A medal will appear on classes you unlocked in last game.

Permanent Upgrades

Hold Ctrl, then click any upgrade to buy it as much as possible.
Right click to sell upgrades and Ctrl+RightClick to sell all at once.
Bronze hourglass upgrades can only be sold if you didn't spend the hourglasses yet.
